DYP Sensor L06 IP67 Waterproof Ultrasonic LPG Gas-Level Measuring Sensor For Non-Contact 3-100 cm LPG Tank Monitoring

The DYP Sensor L06 is an IP67 waterproof ultrasonic LPG gas-level measuring sensor designed for non-contact liquid-level detection in LPG cylinders and liquefied-gas storage tanks. It measures the remaining liquid-level height or volume by fixing the sensor to the bottom of the tank, so there is no need for drilling, tank opening, or direct contact with liquefied gas.

This high-frequency ultrasonic LPG level sensor is well-suited for iron tanks, fibreglass tanks, steel LPG cylinders, aluminium LPG cylinders, and composite cylinders. With 1 mm measuring resolution, temperature compensation, adaptive media adjustment, and stable data output, it supports accurate and reliable monitoring for smart LPG systems.

The sensor supports remote data-upload applications through user equipment connected by NB-IoT, HTTP, LoRaWAN, and other communication methods. This makes it suitable for LPG usage monitoring, cloud-platform integration, and smart gas-management systems that require safe, low-power, and non-invasive liquid-level measurement.

Key Features

  • Non-Contact Measurement: Measures LPG liquid level from outside the tank without drilling or opening the cylinder
  • Wide Detection Range: Supports 3 cm to 100 cm liquid-level detection for LPG tanks
  • High Resolution: 1 mm measuring resolution for precise level monitoring
  • Small Blind-Spot: 3 cm standard blind-spot for close-range measurement
  • Low Power Consumption: Sleep current is less than 15 uA for efficient standby operation
  • Wide Voltage Range: Operates on 3.3 V to 5 V supply for embedded-system use
  • Temperature Compensation: Helps maintain high measurement accuracy across changing conditions
  • Baud-Rate Modification: Default 115200 baud rate with support for multiple selectable baud rates
  • Installation Detection: Intelligently judges installation success and adjusts adaptive media to the best state
  • Tilt Detection: Supports horizontal tilt detection from 0 to 180 degrees
  • Reliable Data Output: Provides stable and reliable measurement data for LPG monitoring systems
  • Industrial Protection: IP67 dustproof and waterproof design for demanding environments
  • Anti-Static Design: Strong anti-static protection for safer operation
  • Cloud-Compatible Use: Supports system integration through NB-IoT, HTTP, LoRaWAN, and related data-upload methods
