The DYP Sensor L02 IP67 Waterproof Ultrasonic Liquid-Level Sensor is designed for real-time, non-contact liquid-level monitoring in closed containers. It can be attached to the bottom centre of a container to measure liquid height, or mounted on the side wall to detect liquid presence at a specific monitoring point.

This compact ultrasonic liquid-level sensor is well-suited for containers made from stainless steel, iron, glass, ceramic, and non-foamed plastic. With 1 mm resolution, 2 cm to 200 cm measurement range, and IP67 protection, it supports reliable liquid-level detection in industrial, smart-device, and embedded-control applications.

The L02 sensor uses a 2MHz ultrasonic frequency for strong material penetration through suitable container walls. It supports multiple output options, including UART automatic output, UART controlled output, switch output, and PNP or NPN output, making it easy to integrate into different product designs and monitoring systems.

For best performance, the container should have a regular shape and a flat mounting surface. Measurement performance may vary based on container material, wall thickness, liquid movement, and whether the liquid level exceeds the maximum measuring range.
