Description

The IRFR4615TRLPBF is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET manufactured using silicon technology. It is designed for surface-mounting applications with a TO-252-3 package. This MOSFET allows the flow of current from drain to source when a positive gate-source voltage is applied, and its drain-source breakdown voltage (Vds) is rated at 150 volts.With a continuous drain current (Id) capacity of 33 amps and a low drain-source resistance (Rds On) of 34 milliohms, this MOSFET offers excellent power handling capabilities. The gate-source voltage (Vgs) can range from -20 volts to +20 volts, and the gate-source threshold voltage (Vgs th) is 1.8 volts.

The MOSFET operates in enhancement mode, providing efficient performance. It has a gate charge (Qg) of 26 nanocoulombs, which contributes to fast switching characteristics.Operating within a temperature range of -55C to +175C, the IRFR4615TRLPBF MOSFET can withstand a power dissipation (Pd) of up to 144 watts. It comes in various packaging options, including Reel, Cut Tape, and MouseReel.
