Spring-Loaded Ball Check Valve With 3.8 mm Inner Diameter For BD-04, BD-07 and BD-05T Series Air Pumps With 2 +/- 1 kPa Opening Pressure
The BD-V0306 is a spring-loaded ball check valve made for BD-04, BD-07 and BD-05T series air pumps. It lets air flow in one direction once the inlet pressure crosses the cracking pressure of 2 +/- 1 kPa. It blocks reverse flow, which helps protect the pump, tubing and other components in the system.
The valve suits tubing of ID 3.8 mm and OD 6.2 mm. Its polypropylene (PP) housing and silicone rubber parts handle air at up to 0.3 MPa and across 0 to 100 C. The body measures 51.2 x dia. 12.5 mm and weighs approx. 2.8 g, so it fits easily into air sampling lines, pressure circuits and vacuum circuits. Install it along the marked flow direction, because reverse installation blocks or heavily restricts flow.
