One-way Valve / Check Valve For BD-02, BD-03 and BD-05T Series Air Pumps With 1-2 kPa Opening Pressure For Reliable Reverse-Flow Protection
The BD-V0103 is a compact one-way check valve made for BD-02, BD-03 and BD-05T series air pumps. It prevents reverse airflow in miniature pneumatic systems and helps protect the pump and the components connected to it. The valve opens at a low pressure of 1-2 kPa, so forward airflow passes without much resistance.
Its inline design measures 30 x dia. 14 mm and weighs approx. 1.0 g, which makes it easy to fit into air sampling lines, pressure circuits and vacuum circuits. The polypropylene (PP) housing suits air service across a temperature range of 0 to 120 C. The valve connects to tubing with ID 2.0 mm and OD 3.0 mm. It must be installed along the marked flow direction, since reverse installation blocks or heavily restricts airflow.
