The BD-AF0306 is a vacuum and air filter built for BD-04, BD-07 and BD-05T series pumps. It sits in the vacuum line and stops particles and contaminants before they reach the pump. This keeps operating conditions clean and helps extend pump service life. With 10 μm filtration at 95% particle capture efficiency, it is well-suited to air and nitrogen lines.

Two ports accept 6.0 mm OD tubing in nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane or soft polyurethane. The polycarbonate housing measures 55.5 x 23.5 x 29 mm and weighs approx. 15 g, so it fits into compact pump setups without adding much load. It works across a pressure range of -100 to 0 kPa (at 20 C) and from 0 to 60 C (non-freezing), which covers typical bench and equipment conditions.
