The BD-V0408 is a spring-loaded ball check valve with an aluminum alloy housing, made for BD-07, BD-079, BD-08 and BD-05T series air pumps. It lets air flow in one direction once the inlet pressure crosses the cracking pressure of 20 kPa. It blocks reverse flow, which helps protect the pump, tubing and other components in the system.

The valve suits tubing of ID 4.8 mm and OD 6.0 mm. Its metal body and NBR rubber parts work across a pressure range of 0.02-0.6 MPa and a wide temperature range of -30 to 130 C. The body measures 61.2 x 25.2 mm and weighs approx. 21 g. Install it along the marked flow direction, because reverse installation blocks or heavily restricts flow.
