The BD-AF0510 is an inline vacuum and air filter for BD-089, BD-08 and BD-05T series pumps. It is placed in the vacuum line and holds back particles and contaminants before they reach the pump. This helps keep the pump clean during operation and extends its service life. Filtration is rated at 10 μm with 95% particle capture efficiency, which suits air and nitrogen lines.
Its 2 ports take 10.0 mm OD tubing made of nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane or soft polyurethane, making it the largest-bore option in the BD-AF filter range. The polycarbonate housing measures 76.2 x 27.4 x 33.5 mm and weighs approx. 31 g. It works across a pressure range of -100 to 0 kPa (at 20 C) and a temperature range of 0 to 60 C (non-freezing), covering typical laboratory and equipment conditions.
