The M5Stack C124 AtomS3-Lite is a compact programmable controller built around the ESP32-S3FN8 SoC for embedded IoT, automation, and smart-device development. Its dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor operates at up to 240 MHz and is paired with 8MB SPI Flash and 512KB SRAM. The ESP32-S3 platform provides 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 Low Energy connectivity, while the integrated 3D antenna supports compact wireless product designs without requiring an external antenna.

Despite its 24.0 × 24.0 × 9.5 mm footprint, AtomS3-Lite integrates a programmable RGB LED, user button, infrared transmitter, HY2.0-4P Grove interface, USB Type-C port, and six exposed GPIO connections. An onboard SY8089 regulator converts the 5V input to 3.3V for the controller circuitry. The USB Type-C interface supports firmware programming, serial communication, and native USB functionality, while the bottom expansion pins and rear M2 mounting hole simplify integration into custom embedded systems.
