The DYP Sensor L01 is an ultrasonic-based, non-contact air bubble detector designed for safety-critical fluid monitoring in medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. It accurately detects the presence of air, bubbles, and foam in flowing liquids within 3.5-4.5mm outer diameter transfusion tubes — without any physical contact with the liquid or tubing contents.

This sensor is built for use in infusion pumps, hemodialysis equipment, and blood-flow monitoring systems where undetected air bubbles pose serious risks. The L01 uses ultrasonic transmission to sense through the tube wall, making it compatible with virtually any tube material and any liquid colour. Detection sensitivity and response time are configurable, allowing the module to adapt to a wide range of flow conditions and alarm requirements.

The module supports three output types - TTL level, NPN open-collector, and switch output - giving developers flexibility across microcontroller and PLC-based designs.
