6.5-Inch Portrait IPS-TFT HMI Display With In-Cell Capacitive Touch, 16 MB Flash And 50-Pin Expansion

This 6.5-inch HMI display combines a 452x1280 portrait-format IPS-TFT LCD with an in-cell capacitive touch screen for embedded control and interactive user-interface applications. Powered by the T5L2 ASIC, the smart display runs the DGUS II HMI platform and supports customised menus, status indicators, parameter controls, data displays, and vertical graphical interfaces.

The display uses a Chip-on-Film or COF structure, with the core smart-screen circuitry mounted directly on the flexible printed circuit of the LCD module. This construction provides a light, thin, and production-friendly design for compact equipment. A 50-pin connection exposes IO, UART, CAN, AD, and PWM functions from the user CPU core, supporting secondary development and integration with sensors, controllers, actuators, and communication devices.
