Food-Grade 12 V / 24 V Micro Brushless DC Centrifugal Water Pump for Liquid Circulation and Cooling
The TL-C01-C is a compact food-grade micro DC brushless water pump designed for water circulation, liquid transfer, cooling, and boosting applications. Available in 12 V and 24 V DC variants, it uses a 3-phase brushless DC motor with a magnetic-drive centrifugal pumping mechanism and a closed impeller. Depending on the voltage version, the pump provides a maximum flow rate of up to 24 L/min and a maximum water head of up to 11 m, making it suitable for beverage equipment, water heaters, cooling systems and other continuous liquid-circulation applications.
The magnetic-drive construction isolates the stator and rotor to provide a seal-less pumping arrangement that helps minimise leakage risk. The pump supports continuous operation and uses food-grade materials for compatible water-handling applications. It also offers over-voltage, over-current, and blocked-rotor protection, while its compact and low-noise design supports integration into embedded equipment. The TL-C01-C is not self-priming and should not be operated dry unless a customised dry-running-protection version is specified.
