24V Precision Magnetic-Drive Micro Gear Liquid Pump With Built-In BLDC Controller, Up To 1.0L/min Flow And 10bar Pressure

The TOPSFLO MG200 Series is a compact magnetic-drive micro gear-pump platform designed for precision liquid transfer, metering, circulation, lubrication, sampling, medical equipment, printing systems, food-processing equipment, and other applications requiring predictable flow under relatively high differential pressure. The MG200XK/DC24WI version combines a 24V brushless DC motor with a built-in controller and is available in multiple gear sizes with flow ranges from 20mL/min up to 1000mL/min.

The pump uses magnetic coupling between the motor and gear mechanism, eliminating the conventional rotating shaft seal and helping improve fluid containment. Standard XK models combine a 316L stainless-steel housing, PEEK gears, and PTFE sealing materials for compatibility with a wide range of suitable liquids. Self-priming capability, reversible operation, stepless flow adjustment, and model-rated pressure up to 10bar make the MG200 suitable for analytical instruments, medical systems, lubrication, chemical transfer, ink delivery, beverage equipment, liquid cooling, and laboratory applications.

Model Max Head Pressure (Bar) Max Flow scope (ml/Min) Power (W) Voltage (V) Inlet/Outlet Diameter Motor
MG204XK/DC24WI 10 20-1000 70 DC24 G1/8” DC Brushless Motor
MG209XK/DC24WI 7 100-2500 70 DC24 G1/8” DC Brushless Motor
MG213XK/DC24WI 7 300-3500 70 DC24 G1/8” DC Brushless Motor

Key Features

  • Magnetic-Drive Technology: Transfers motor torque through magnetic coupling without a conventional rotating shaft seal.
  • Reduced Leakage Risk: Static-seal architecture improves fluid containment in precision liquid-transfer systems.
  • 24V Brushless DC Motor: Uses a BLDC motor for longer operating life and reduced brush-related maintenance.
  • Built-In Motor Controller: DC24WI versions integrate the brushless motor-control electronics into the pump assembly.
  • Up To 1.0L/min Maximum Flow: MG200 variants provide flow ranges extending from 20mL/min to 3500mL/min.
  • Up To 10bar Pressure: Selected MG200 models support differential pressure ratings up to 10bar.
  • High Differential-Pressure Capability: Positive-displacement gear-pump design is suitable for systems with restrictive downstream conditions.
  • Self-Priming Operation: Provides approximately 1-2m suction height under suitable installation and fluid conditions.
  • Repeatable Flow Delivery: Gear displacement provides predictable flow that can be regulated through motor-speed control.
  • Low-Pulsation Output: Provides a relatively smooth fluid stream suitable for metering and analytical applications.
  • Stepless Flow Adjustment: Flow can be continuously adjusted by changing pump speed.
  • Reversible Operation: Supports bidirectional liquid transfer when used with the appropriate control configuration.
  • 316L Stainless-Steel Housing: Provides corrosion-resistant structural construction for demanding fluid applications.
  • PEEK Gear Set: Standard XK models use chemically resistant PEEK gears.
  • PTFE Sealing Materials: Supports compatibility with many industrial, laboratory, and process liquids.
  • 0-3000cP Fluid Viscosity: Supports low-viscosity fluids as well as substantially more viscous liquids.
  • -10 C To 100 C Fluid Range: Provides a broad working temperature range for compatible media.
  • Continuous-Duty Operation: Designed for continuous fluid-transfer applications within specified operating limits.
  • Dry-Running Capability: Current MG200XK/DC24WI specifications identify dry-running operation as supported.
  • Optional Pressure-Limiting Valve: Can be supplied with an integrated pressure-limiting valve when specified.
  • Optional Non-Return Valve: Check-valve configurations can be specified for suitable applications.
  • Alternative Gear Options: Alloy-gear YT versions are available for selected media containing rigid particles.
  • Chemical-Resistance Options: Specialized configurations are available for stronger acidic or alkaline media.
  • Compact Precision Design: Suitable for space-constrained analytical, medical, printing, and industrial equipment.
