STS3035 High-Torque Smart Servo With 35 kgcm Torque, Copper Gears, 12-Bit Magnetic Encoder And TTL Serial-Bus Control
The STS3035 is a high-torque TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for robotic arms, humanoid robots, automation equipment, articulated mechanisms, and multi-servo motion-control systems. At 12V, it delivers up to 35 kg.cm stall torque with a rated torque of 11.6 kg.cm and a no-load speed of 0.22 sec/60deg, equivalent to approximately 45 RPM. Its operating voltage range of 9-12V makes it suitable for higher-voltage robotic systems requiring substantial torque from a standard-size actuator.
The servo combines copper gears, a core motor, ball bearings, PA + aluminium housing, and a 12-bit magnetic encoder for accurate 360deg position sensing. Half-duplex TTL serial communication provides addressable control and real-time feedback for load, position, speed, input voltage, current, and temperature. It also supports multi-turn continuous movement, step operation, centre-position setting, acceleration control, and electronic overload and over-current protection.
