ST-3250-C002 High-Torque Smart Servo with 50 kgcm Torque, Steel Gears, Coreless Motor and Magnetic Encoder
The ST-3250-C002, also identified as STS3250-C002, is a high-torque TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for robotic arms, humanoid robots, quadrupeds, automation equipment, and heavy-load multi-servo mechanisms. It operates from 6V to 12V and delivers up to 50 kg.cm stall torque at 12V. The STS3250 platform provides approximately 0.133 sec/60deg no-load speed at 12V, combining substantial torque with responsive motion for demanding robotic joints.
The servo uses a 12-bit magnetic encoder for 360deg absolute position sensing and supports multi-turn continuous movement, step operation, configurable centre position, and acceleration-controlled start and stop. Its steel gear train, aluminium housing, coreless motor, ball bearings, dual-shaft mechanical design, and 25T spline provide a robust mechanical platform. Half-duplex TTL serial communication enables addressable multi-servo control and feedback for position, speed, voltage, current, temperature, and load.
