ST-5420-C001 High-Speed Smart Servo With 25 kgcm Torque, Coreless Motor And 12-Bit Magnetic Encoder
The ST-5420-C001 is a high-performance TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for industrial robotics, robotic joints, automation equipment, and compact motion-control systems. Operating at 7.4V, it delivers up to 25 kg.cm peak stall torque with a no-load speed of 0.111 sec/60deg or approximately 90 RPM. Its 12-bit magnetic encoder provides 4096-position resolution across 360deg, enabling precise closed-loop angular positioning.
The servo combines an aluminium case, steel gearbox, coreless motor, and ball bearings for reliable mechanical performance. It supports 0-360deg position control and multi-turn continuous operation, while TTL serial-bus communication enables command, configuration, and real-time feedback. Position, speed, voltage, current, temperature, and load data can be monitored by the host controller, supporting intelligent motion control and protection in demanding robotic applications.
