ST-3095-C001 High-Torque Dual-Shaft Smart Servo With 95 kgcm Torque, Steel Gears And 12-Bit Magnetic Encoder
The ST-3095-C001 is a high-torque TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for industrial robotics, large robotic joints, automation equipment, and demanding motion-control systems. At 7.4V, it delivers up to 95 kg.cm stall torque with a no-load speed of 0.286 sec/60deg. When operated at 8.4V within the specified range, stall torque increases to 105 kg.cm with a no-load speed of 0.25 sec/60deg. Its 12-bit magnetic encoder provides 4096-position resolution across 360deg for precise closed-loop positioning.
The servo combines a full aluminium case, steel gearbox, core motor, ball bearings, and dual-shaft mechanical construction for robust integration into high-load robotic mechanisms. It supports 0-360deg absolute position control, multi-turn operation, closed-loop and open-loop speed modes, and step movement. TTL serial-bus communication provides feedback for load, position, speed, voltage, current, and temperature, enabling detailed system monitoring and configurable electronic protection.
