ST-3046-C001 High-Torque TTL Smart Servo With 40 kg.cm Torque, Steel Gears And 12-Bit Magnetic Encoder
The ST-3046-C001 is a high-torque TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for industrial robotics, robotic joints, automation equipment, and other demanding motion-control applications. Operating from 6V to 7.4V, it delivers up to 40 kg.cm peak stall torque at 7.4V with a no-load speed of 0.22 sec/60deg. Its 12-bit magnetic encoder provides 4096-position resolution across 360deg, enabling precise closed-loop angular positioning and continuous rotary operation.
The servo combines a full aluminium-alloy case, steel gearbox, coreless motor, and ball bearings for reliable mechanical performance under demanding loads. It supports 0-360deg position control, continuous multi-turn rotation, and step operating modes. Configurable acceleration enables smooth start and stop movement, while feedback for position, speed, input voltage, current, temperature, and load supports real-time system monitoring and protection against overload and over-current conditions.
