HL-3615-C002 High-Speed Smart Servo With 2.5 kgcm Torque, 12-Bit Magnetic Encoder and TTL Serial-Bus Control
The HL-3615-C002 is a compact high-speed TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for robotic arms, articulated mechanisms, research robots, educational systems, and applications requiring precise position, speed, and torque-related control. At 6V, it delivers up to 2.5 kg.cm stall torque with a no-load speed of approximately 0.034 sec/60deg. When operated at 7.4V, stall torque increases to 3.5 kg.cm with a faster no-load speed of approximately 0.027 sec/60deg.
The servo combines a coreless motor, metal gear train, and 12-bit magnetic encoder for 360deg absolute position sensing with approximately 0.088deg resolution. Half-duplex TTL serial communication supports configurable servo IDs and baud rates from 38400bps to 1Mbps, allowing multiple smart servos to operate on a shared control bus. Real-time feedback for load, position, speed, input voltage, current, and temperature makes the HL-3615-C002 suitable for closed-loop robotic systems where monitoring and coordinated control are required.
