HL-3915-C001 High-Torque TTL Smart Servo With 14.2 kgcm Torque, 12-Bit Magnetic Encoder And Dual-Shaft Design
The HL-3915-C001 is a high-torque TTL serial-bus smart servo designed for industrial equipment, robotics, automated mechanisms, and other applications requiring precise rotary control with real-time feedback. At 12V, the servo delivers up to 14.2 kg.cm stall torque with a no-load speed of 0.1 sec/60deg or approximately 100 RPM. Its 12-bit magnetic encoder provides 4096-position resolution across 360deg for accurate closed-loop position control.
The servo combines an aluminium housing, metal gearbox, coreless motor, and ball bearings with a FEETECH-developed TTL control system. It supports 0-360deg position control, multi-turn continuous operation, step mode, and constant-torque operation. Position, speed, voltage, current, temperature, and load feedback enable detailed system monitoring, while configurable acceleration supports smooth start and stop control. The dual-shaft construction is well-suited for robotic joints and mechanisms requiring mechanical support from both sides of the actuator.
