Description
The Raspberry Pi Motor Driver HAT is a stackable motor driver module compatible with Raspberry Pi Zero, Zero W, Zero WH, 2B, 3B, and 3B+. It features onboard PCA9685 chip providing 12-bit hardware PWM for precise motor speed control. With 5 address jumpers, you can stack up to 32 of these modules. The HAT integrates the TB6612FNG dual H-bridge motor driver for high efficiency and low heating. It also includes a 5V regulator with up to 3A output current, allowing power from a battery through the VIN terminal. The HAT reserves I2C control pins, enabling seamless integration with other control boards. Development resources and manuals, including examples in BCM2835, wiringPi, and python, are provided.
