Industrial ESP32 IoT Controller with 2.0-Inch Touch Display, 16 MB Flash and 6 V to 24 V DC Input
The M5Stack K034 Tough is an industrial-grade ESP32 IoT development board kit designed for field control, monitoring, and embedded automation applications. It uses an Espressif ESP32 controller with a dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX6 processor running at up to 240 MHz and integrated Wi-Fi connectivity. The controller combines 16 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM with a 2.0-inch 320 x 240 full-colour IPS display and high-sensitivity capacitive touchscreen, providing a compact platform for interactive industrial interfaces and connected IoT systems.
Designed for operation in more demanding environments, the M5Stack Tough uses a fully enclosed, dustproof and waterproof housing made from UV-resistant plastic. An integrated 6 V to 24 V DC-to-DC step-down circuit simplifies installation with industrial power sources, while the onboard AXP192 handles power management. Additional hardware includes a microSD card slot, built-in speaker with I2S power amplifier, and BM8563 RTC with timer wake-up support. The platform supports FreeRTOS and can be developed using UIFlow1, UIFlow2, Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and PlatformIO.
