Dual-Channel Wi-Fi and RS485 Relay Switch Kit with Atom-Lite Controller
The M5Stack K042 Atom Hub AC/DC Remote Control Switch Kit is a programmable dual-channel relay controller designed for remotely switching AC or DC loads. The kit combines the Atom Switch base with an included Atom-Lite controller, allowing two independent circuits to be controlled through Wi-Fi, RS485, or custom embedded logic. Each relay channel supports loads up to 250VAC/10A, with an instantaneous current rating of 16A, making the kit suitable for smart switching, automation, lighting control, and equipment-control applications.
The Atom Switch integrates an AC-DC power circuit that provides 5V/1A power to the Atom controller and also supports 9–24V DC power through the RS485 interface. An onboard SP485EE transceiver enables RS485 communication and Modbus-based integration with industrial and building-automation networks. The HY2.0-4P Port A interface provides additional I2C or GPIO expansion. Short-circuit and overheat protection are integrated into the power circuitry, while the included rail clamp supports convenient installation in control systems.
