The Fermion BMP280 Digital Pressure Sensor Breakout is a compact environmental sensing module designed for accurate barometric pressure, temperature, altitude, and elevation measurements. Based on Bosch's proven piezo-resistive pressure sensing technology, the BMP280 delivers excellent accuracy, linearity, electromagnetic compatibility, and long-term stability. Its miniature footprint and low power consumption make it an ideal solution for portable devices, IoT systems, weather stations, navigation equipment, and battery-powered applications.

The sensor supports I2C communication, allowing seamless integration with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, and other microcontroller platforms. In addition to measuring atmospheric pressure and temperature, the BMP280 can be used to calculate altitude and relative floor height based on changes in barometric pressure.
