The DYP Sensor A08 is an IP67 waterproof ultrasonic precision rangefinder designed for reliable distance and level measurement in outdoor, industrial, and embedded applications. It uses a 40 kHz ultrasonic transducer with intelligent matching technology to maintain stable performance across changing environments.

This ultrasonic precision rangefinder is well-suited for sewer-level monitoring, river-level measurement, narrow-angle horizontal ranging, smart-waste-bin fill-level detection, and height-measurement systems. Its waterproof housing, low-power design, and multiple output options make it easy to integrate into IoT devices, automation systems, and battery-powered products.

The A08 series is available in application-focused variants. The A08A series is mainly used for plane-distance measurement with a stable range of 25 cm to 800 cm and a small beam-angle for long-distance ranging. The A08B series is designed for human-body distance measurement with high sensitivity and a wider detection angle. The A08C series is developed for smart-waste-bin level measurement and includes a built-in frame-filtering algorithm to reduce interference from bin walls and baffles.
