FT90R Compact Digital Continuous-Rotation Servo with 1.5 kgcm Torque and 130 RPM Speed

The FT90R is a compact digital continuous-rotation servo designed for robotics, RC projects, mobile platforms, automation prototypes, and mechanisms requiring bidirectional rotary motion. Operating from 4.8V to 6V, it delivers up to 1.5 kg.cm peak stall torque at 6V and reaches a no-load speed of 130 RPM at 6V. Unlike a positional servo, the FT90R provides continuous 360deg rotation, with the PWM control signal determining rotation direction and speed.

The servo combines a lightweight 9 g construction with an ABS case, plastic gear train, 20T output spline, and metal-brush motor. Clockwise rotation is controlled with pulse widths from approximately 1500 us to 1000 us, while counterclockwise rotation is controlled from approximately 1500 us towards 2000 us. Its compact 22.9 x 12.1 x 26.5 mm size makes it well-suited for small robots, servo-driven wheels, rotating mechanisms, and space-constrained embedded motion systems.
