This multi-function environment sensor module can be used to build a simple environmental monitor station. It features the ENS160+BME280 chip combination, providing high accuracy, I2C interface, and fast measurement capabilities. The BME280 temperature and humidity compensation feature improves the overall accuracy of the ENS160 sensor. The module is capable of detecting temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, altitude, TVOC, and eCO2.
The ENS160 air quality sensor is specifically designed for indoor air quality monitoring and can detect multiple IAQ data, including TVOC, eCO2, and AQI. The sensor utilizes ScioSense's new ENS160 sensor chip and features innovative TrueVOC technology, combining metal oxide (MOX) technology for superior accuracy, fast response, and anti-interference.
The BME280 environmental sensor combines a temperature sensor, humidity sensor, and barometer in one board, offering high precision, multiple functions, and a small size. It provides a +-0.5C temperature error and a +-2%RH humidity error, with very stable performance within the detection temperature range. Additionally, the offset temperature coefficient is +-1.5 Pa/K, equivalent to +-12.6 cm at a 1C temperature change.
