The DRV5055A3QDBZR is a high-accuracy linear Hall effect sensor designed for precise magnetic field measurement, displacement sensing, and contactless position detection applications. The device generates an analog output voltage that varies linearly with the applied magnetic flux density, enabling accurate measurement of movement, position, and magnetic field strength. With support for both 3.3 V and 5 V power supplies, the sensor provides flexible integration into industrial, consumer, and automation systems.
The sensor features a ratiometric output architecture, making it ideal for use with analog-to-digital converters that share the same supply reference voltage, reducing measurement errors caused by supply voltage variations. Integrated magnet temperature compensation helps maintain consistent sensitivity across a wide operating temperature range from -40 C to +125 C. The compact SOT-23-3 package and contactless sensing capability make the DRV5055A3QDBZR suitable for rotary controls, linear position sensing, fluid level monitoring, and industrial motion control applications.
