The Two-Way Bidirectional Brushed 50Ax2 Electronic Speed Controller is the highest-current variant in the dual-channel brushed ESC range, delivering 50A continuous per channel for a total sustained output of 100A across both motor drives simultaneously. Operating on a 3-6S LiPo input spanning 11.1V to 22.2V, this ESC is purpose-built for large-scale RC tanks, heavy tracked platforms, and performance-oriented speed-differential boats where brushed motors with low winding resistance, high stall currents, or large physical frames demand sustained current delivery well beyond the capacity of lower-rated dual-channel units. The elevated minimum voltage of 3S reflects the power requirements of the high-current brushed motor configurations this ESC is designed to support, ensuring adequate headroom for full-throttle and stall-load conditions without voltage sag compromising motor response.
Bidirectional operation across both independent channels enables full forward, reverse, and pivot-turn manoeuvring through standard 2-channel RC transmitter input, with speed-differential steering achieved by varying relative channel output or reversing one motor against the other. At the 50Ax2 current class, this ESC is well-suited for large-hull twin-motor RC boats running wide-diameter propellers under significant hydrodynamic load, 1/6 and larger scale RC tanks with heavy steel or brass-weighted chassis, and industrial-grade skid-steer robotics platforms where sustained high-torque motor operation is a design requirement rather than an occasional demand. The integrated 5V / 3A BEC supplies robust regulated power to the receiver rail, supporting receivers paired with multiple servos and onboard auxiliary electronics without a separate power module. The single-board architecture keeps installation clean and wiring straightforward inside large, complex hull and chassis enclosures.
