Low Power 3-Axis Linear Hall Effect Sensor With Integrated Angle Measurement For Position And Motion Control Applications

The TMAG5273A1QDBVR is a low-power 3-axis linear Hall-effect sensor designed for precise magnetic field measurement, position sensing, and angular motion detection in industrial and consumer electronics. The device integrates three independent Hall-effect sensing elements along the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling accurate 3D magnetic field detection. An integrated 12-bit ADC digitizes magnetic field data, while the I2C interface ensures seamless communication with low-voltage microcontrollers and embedded systems.

The sensor features an integrated CORDIC angle calculation engine that provides full 360-degree angular position measurement for both on-axis and off-axis magnetic sensing applications. With configurable power modes, built-in temperature sensing, programmable interrupts, and magnetic gain and offset correction, the TMAG5273A1QDBVR offers excellent flexibility for energy-efficient designs. Its low-power operation and compact SOT-23-6 package make it ideal for battery-powered devices, smart locks, robotics, e-bikes, gaming controllers, and industrial automation systems.
