The TMAG5170A2QDGKR is a high-precision 3-axis linear Hall-effect magnetic sensor designed for advanced position sensing, angular measurement, motor control, and industrial automation applications. The device integrates three independent Hall-effect sensing elements along the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling accurate 3D magnetic field measurements. A precision signal chain combined with an integrated 12-bit ADC delivers highly accurate magnetic field data with low drift and supports sampling rates up to 20 kSPS, making it suitable for demanding real-time sensing applications.

The sensor features an integrated CORDIC angle calculation engine capable of providing full 360-degree angular position information for both on-axis and off-axis magnetic sensing configurations. Through its SPI interface, users can configure magnetic measurements, temperature monitoring, power modes, and sensor conversion schemes to optimize performance and power consumption.
