The SparkFun OpenScale IoT ESP32 PICO MINI board is a complete wireless solution for building high accuracy weighing systems using standard load cells. Designed for simplicity and flexibility, it allows users to convert single or multiple load cells into a fully functional digital scale with minimal setup. With support for 4 wire and 5 wire load cells including Wheatstone bridge configurations, it is well suited for applications such as industrial measurement, smart agriculture, inventory monitoring, and precision weighing.

Powered by the ESP32 PICO MINI module, the board offers 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity for real time data access and remote configuration. Users can easily calibrate and control the system via a serial terminal over USB C or Bluetooth connection. The integrated Qwiic interface enables expansion with additional sensors and displays, while OTA firmware updates ensure long term usability in connected IoT environments.
