SparkFun ESP32-C6 Pocket Development Board - Qwiic

The 1 in. x 1 in. Qwiic Standard Size is designed to accommodate the SparkFun ESP32-C6 Qwiic Pocket Development Board, which makes it simple to add a potent wireless development platform that stacks into any existing project that makes use of the Qwiic ecosystem. It includes the espressif ESP32-C6 Mini-1 module. In order to include as many features as possible into its small form factor, we developed this board with components on both sides of the PCB. These components include a USB-C connector, Qwiic connector, 2-pin JST battery connector with an on-board charging circuit, and two buttons for boot and reset. Optimising power usage is another goal of the design. During our testing, we found that the board's total current usage in Deep Sleep mode was just about 14µA, which makes it a great choice for battery-powered, distant applications.

A RISC-V single-core CPU with 4 MB of flash memory and an integrated wireless stack is the foundation of the ESP32-C6 SoC. The wireless stack includes an on-board PCB antenna and supports Bluetooth 5.3, Zigbee, 2.4 GHz WiFi 6, and Thread (802.15.4). ADC, USB Serial/JTAG controller, LED PWM, I2C, I2S, UART, LPUART, SPI, and more peripheral options are available for the ESP32-C6. Many of these peripherals may be mapped to any GPIO pin, while some are attached to particular pins. Owing to its compact size, the board only has eight GPIO pins in total: two additional GPIO pins, Low Power and Standard UART, and four ADC-compatible connectors.
