The SparkFun Ergo Mini Shunt Jumper is a compact 2-pin jumper designed to bridge header pins with standard 2.54 mm spacing. It is suitable for development boards, embedded systems, and PCB assemblies where jumper connections are used to enable peripherals, select operating modes, or change hardware configurations. With a 3.0 A current rating and 500 V voltage rating, the jumper provides a practical removable connection for compatible electronic circuits.

Unlike conventional low-profile shunt jumpers, this version features an integrated ergo-tab at the top for easier handling. The raised tab provides a convenient grip when installing, removing, or repositioning the jumper, particularly on closely spaced development-board headers. The jumper also provides a maximum contact resistance of 30 mOhm, minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MOhm and an operating-temperature range from -40 C to +105 C.
