Nanopower Omnipolar Magnetoresistive Switch Sensor With Push-Pull Output In SOT-23-3 Package

The SM353LT Nanopower Omnipolar Magnetoresistive Sensor is a highly energy-efficient magnetic switch designed for ultra-low-power position sensing and contactless switching applications. Built using advanced magnetoresistive sensing technology, this omnipolar sensor detects both north and south magnetic poles and provides a push-pull digital output for reliable switching operation. Its extremely low average current consumption and compact SOT-23-3 package make it ideal for battery-powered embedded systems, wearable electronics, smart-home devices, and portable IoT applications.

With high magnetic sensitivity and a wide operating voltage range from 1.65 Vdc to 5.5 Vdc, the SM353LT supports flexible integration with modern low-power microcontrollers and wireless embedded systems. The push-pull output eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor, simplifying PCB design and reducing component count. Its robust operating temperature range and contactless sensing operation improve long-term reliability in industrial and consumer electronic applications.

Key Features

  • Omnipolar Magnetic Detection: Detects both north and south magnetic poles for flexible switching applications.
  • Nanopower Operation: Typical average current consumption of only 310 nA for energy-efficient battery-powered systems.
