Description
The Rainfall Sensor Module with Tipping Bucket is designed for measuring rainfall. It operates at a working voltage of 3.3 to 5.5V DC with a working current of less than 3mA. The module provides an output signal in either I2C or UART format. It has a resolution of 0.28mm, allowing for precise rainfall measurement. The sensor can operate in a wide temperature range from -40 to 85C. The PCB size is 32mm x 37mm (1.26 x 1.46 inches), and the tipping bucket size is 118mm x 59mm x 80mm (4.65 x 2.32 x 3.15 inches). The mounting hole size is 3.1mm. The tipping bucket weighs 119g, while the PCB weighs 5.3g.
