This IR camera is designed with a compact form factor, capable of tracking up to four heat/IR sources for various applications, including but not limited to, navigation for robots with IR transmitters, light barriers, flame sensing, and tracking heat sources. With only four wires needed for connection, two for power supply and two for I2C, it is fully compatible with Arduino.
This infrared positioning camera is equipped with an I2C interface, allowing for easy control with Arduino or AVR. It can track mobile infrared points and send the data back to the host. The camera has a horizontal angle of 33 degrees and a vertical angle of 23 degrees. When identifying an object, it returns up to four points at a time.
