FS5106B Standard Analog Servo With 6 kg.cm Torque, 180deg Position Control And Dual Ball Bearings

The FS5106B is a standard-size analog servo motor designed for RC vehicles, robotics, automation prototypes, control mechanisms, and other applications requiring controlled angular positioning. Operating from 4.8V to 6V, it delivers up to 6 kg.cm peak stall torque at 6V and provides approximately 180deg of controlled travel. Its standard servo pulse interface makes it straightforward to integrate with RC receivers, microcontrollers, and compatible servo controllers.

The servo uses a durable Nylon and POM plastic gear train, 2 ball bearings, a metal-brush motor, and a Nylon and fiberglass housing. At 6V, it provides a no-load speed of 0.16 sec/60deg and draws approximately 190mA under no-load operation, with stall current reaching 1.1A. The 25T output spline and 300 mm cable support convenient mechanical and electrical integration into RC and embedded motion-control systems.

Key Features

  • 6 kg.cm Peak Stall Torque: Delivers up to 6 kg.cm torque at 6V for compatible positioning and control mechanisms.
  • 180deg Position Control: Provides approximately 180deg of controlled angular travel using the specified pulse-width range.
  • Analog Servo Control: Uses an analog comparator for conventional RC servo position control.
  • PWM-Compatible Input: Accepts standard pulse-width servo commands from compatible receivers, controllers, and microcontrollers.
  • 700-2300 us Pulse Range: Provides approximately 180deg rotation across the specified control range.
  • 1500 us Neutral Position: Uses a 1500 us pulse as the centre position.
  • 0.16 sec/60deg Speed: Provides responsive no-load movement at 6V.
  • Plastic Gear Train: Uses Nylon and POM gears for lightweight and reliable mechanical transmission.
  • Dual Ball Bearings: 2 ball bearings support the output shaft to reduce friction and improve smoothness.
  • Metal-Brush Motor: Provides dependable actuation for general-purpose servo applications.
  • 25T Output Spline: Supports compatible servo horns and mechanical attachments.
  • Standard-Size Housing: Suitable for a broad range of RC, robotics, and automation installations.
  • Nylon And Fiberglass Case: Provides a durable housing for mechanical protection.
  • 300 mm Cable: Includes an integrated servo lead for convenient connection to control electronics.
