The ECell Breadboard-Plugin LED Pack is the LED component module from DFRobot's ECell Breadboard-Plugin Kit series, designed by Maker LeoYan and produced by DFRobot as a purpose-built alternative to loose through-hole DIP LED components for solderless breadboard use. Each LED in the pack is housed in a compact plugin module with 0.64mm diameter gold-plated ENIG pins that match the standard tie-point pitch of solderless breadboards precisely, inserting and removing cleanly without deforming the breadboard tie-points or the component pins over repeated use cycles. Polarity markings are clearly printed on each module body, eliminating the pin-identification ambiguity that causes incorrect LED orientation and circuit faults when using bare through-hole LEDs on a breadboard, particularly for beginners and students working from schematic diagrams rather than physical component reference.

The pack includes LEDs in 4 standard colours - red, yellow, blue, and green - covering the most commonly required indicator and signal LED colours in introductory and educational electronics projects. Standard circuit schematic symbols are printed on each module alongside the polarity markings, directly connecting the physical component to its schematic representation and supporting the development of schematic reading skills in parallel with practical breadboard circuit building.
