BLHeli_S 60A 4-in-1 Brushless ESC for 3-6S LiPo - 30.5 mm Stack-Mount Speed Controller for RC FPV Racing Drone
The BLHeli_S 60A 4-in-1 Brushless Electronic Speed Controller integrates all 4 motor drive channels onto a single 30.5 mm stack-mountable PCB, purpose-built for FPV racing drone frames that demand compact, weight-optimised power electronics without sacrificing per-motor current capacity. Each of the 4 channels is rated at 60A continuous, providing ample headroom for high-KV brushless motors under the sustained full-throttle and rapid throttle-transient conditions typical of freestyle and racing flight profiles on 3-6S LiPo power. Running on the BLHeli_S firmware platform, the ESC supports DSHOT digital signal protocols alongside conventional OneShot and PWM inputs, ensuring compatibility with current-generation flight controllers across Betaflight, Cleanflight, and equivalent firmware stacks.
The 30.5 mm mounting hole pattern is the established standard across the majority of 3-inch to 5-inch FPV racing and freestyle frames, allowing direct stack integration without adapters or custom standoff configurations. BLHeli_S firmware enables PC- and Android-based parameter configuration through BLHeli Suite, covering motor timing, demag compensation, active freewheeling, and throttle calibration on a per-motor or global basis. The consolidated 4-in-1 architecture eliminates the 4 individual ESC-to-frame wiring runs required in discrete ESC setups, reducing overall build weight, simplifying motor lead routing, and lowering the risk of vibration-induced connector failures common in high-G racing and freestyle manoeuvres. Current sensing and RPM telemetry output options support advanced Betaflight filtering and motor health monitoring when paired with compatible flight controllers.
