TwoTrees Mini Bench Drilling Machine with 775 Motor and B10 Chuck - 0.6-6mm, 7-Speed, Pure Copper Winding for Wood, Metal, Acrylic, and PCB Precision Drilling
The TwoTrees Mini Micro Bench Drilling Machine is a compact benchtop drill press built around a high-torque 775 pure copper winding motor, designed for precision drilling in wood, acrylic, PVC, aluminium, soft steel, and PCB circuit board materials across home DIY, maker space, electronics assembly, and light industrial applications where a full-size floor-standing drill press is physically impractical and a handheld rotary tool provides insufficient accuracy, repeatability, and depth control for consistent hole quality. The B10 chuck accommodates drill bits from 0.6mm through to 6mm, covering the full range from fine PCB via and component lead hole diameters at the lower end through to larger fastener clearance and counterbore hole sizes at the upper end, making the machine applicable across the drill bit diameter range most frequently required in electronics, modelmaking, woodworking, and light metal fabrication workshop tasks. The pure copper winding motor construction delivers stronger electrical conductivity, more consistent torque output, and better heat dissipation under sustained drilling load compared to aluminium winding motor alternatives in the same power class, contributing to cooler motor running temperatures and longer motor service life across extended drilling sessions on dense or abrasive materials.
The 7-speed variable speed control allows the drilling speed to be matched to the material, drill bit diameter, and hole finish requirement across the machine's operating range - lower speeds for larger diameter bits in metal and hard materials where excessive RPM causes work-hardening, bit walking, and heat build-up, and higher speeds for smaller diameter bits in softer materials such as PCB substrate, acrylic, and softwood where higher RPM produces cleaner hole entry and exit without tear-out or melting. The thickened steel spindle and heavy-duty metal base provide the structural rigidity required to eliminate spindle runout and machine vibration that degrade hole positional accuracy and surface finish quality in precision drilling applications, and the non-slip rubber pads on the base keep the machine stationary on the workbench surface under the downward and lateral forces generated during drilling without requiring bench clamps or permanent mounting. The adjustable height mechanism accommodates workpieces of varying thickness and allows the drilling depth stop to be set for consistent, repeatable blind hole depth across batch drilling operations. The complete kit includes the bench drill unit, a 2.0mm cobalt drill bit, an M3 hex key, a B10 chuck key, a vise opening wrench, a 7-speed power supply, and a vise for immediate out-of-box drilling capability without additional accessory sourcing.
