The AM32 30A ESC is a compact, open-source electronic speed controller built for FPV drones and multi-rotor aircraft operating on 2S to 6S lithium battery packs. At its core is the AT32F421 main controller paired with an optimised power bus that connects directly to the MOSFET array, reducing copper loss and improving overall power delivery efficiency. This architecture makes it well-suited for builds where clean, responsive throttle response and thermal stability under continuous load are priorities. The included heat sink provides additional thermal management during high-current draw scenarios.

The controller runs the AM32 firmware, an actively maintained open-source platform that supports bidirectional DSHOT, variable PWM frequency, and in-field firmware updates via the motor signal line. With a 40V maximum voltage rating and a 28 x 41mm board footprint, it fits standard single-ESC mounting patterns without requiring chassis modifications. The 3-pin cable follows the AM32 convention with the centre wire unpopulated, as this ESC operates without a BEC - an external 5V supply is required to power the flight controller.
