7Semi PT1000 RTD Waterproof Temperature Sensor Probe with 3-Wire Output and 1 m Teflon Cable for Accurate Measurement from -40 to 300C

The 7Semi PT1000 RTD temperature sensor probe uses a CRZ platinum thin-film resistance element to measure temperature from -40 to 300 C. It follows the standard PT1000 curve, with a resistance of 1000 ohm at 0 C and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of 0.003851. This gives a stable, repeatable and near-linear output. The sensor is built to JIS C 1604-1997 and IEC 751-1983 and is rated Class A.

The probe has a 6 mm OD x 2-inch long metal body, a 2-inch heat-shrink section and a 1 m Teflon-insulated 3-wire cable. The 3-wire connection compensates for lead-wire resistance, which improves accuracy over longer cable runs. The sealed probe suits liquids, air and surface-contact measurements. It works with RTD amplifier modules, PLC analog input cards, data loggers and microcontroller-based measurement boards.
