Description
The 7Semi KXTJ3-1057 three-axis accelerometer breakout board with Qwiic connectors seamlessly incorporates the KXTJ3-1057 motion sensor, offering a versatile solution for various applications. Engineered with a tri-axis ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, or ±16g silicon micromachined accelerometer, this breakout board ensures precise motion detection.
Utilizing Kionix's proprietary plasma micromachining process technology, the sense element operates on the principle of a differential capacitance induced by acceleration. This design incorporates common mode cancellation, reducing errors from process variation, temperature changes, and environmental stress.
With a 3.3V or 5V DC input voltage supply and an I2C communication interface, the board facilitates seamless integration into diverse electronic setups. The inclusion of Qwiic connectors, employing 4-pin JST connectors, simplifies and expedites interfacing with development boards, sensors, LCDs, relays, and more.
Ideal for applications such as motion detection, display orientation, HID applications, drop detection for warranty logging, and similar use cases reliant on acceleration and motion-sensing, the 7Semi KXTJ3-1057 promises reliable and precise performance in a compact and user-friendly form.
