The GT-197 is a compact SMD mono-colour white LED from Everlight, designed for space-efficient PCB layouts that require uniform illumination and reliable optical performance. Built using InGaN chip technology and housed in a yellow diffused resin package, this LED delivers clean white light with stable brightness, making it suitable for indicator lamps and flat backlighting applications.
