3-Axis Linear Programmable Hall Effect Sensor With Integrated Angle Measurement And Magnetic Switch Functionality

The TMAG3001A1YBGR is a low-power 3-axis linear Hall-effect sensor designed for advanced position sensing, angle measurement, magnetic field monitoring, and proximity detection applications. The device integrates three independent Hall-effect sensing elements along the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling accurate 3D magnetic field measurements. A precision analogue signal chain and integrated 12-bit ADC convert magnetic field data into high-resolution digital values, while the I2C interface enables seamless communication with low-voltage microcontrollers and embedded systems.

The TMAG3001A1YBGR features a programmable magnetic switch mode, an integrated CORDIC angle calculation engine, and configurable power management options for optimized system performance. Full 360-degree angular position measurement supports both on-axis and off-axis magnetic sensing topologies. Additional features such as magnetic gain and offset correction, programmable interrupts, multiple I2C addresses, and low-power wake-up modes make the sensor ideal for industrial automation, robotics, smart home devices, gaming controllers, and battery-powered electronic products.
