The WRL-20854 (NINA-B306) is a Bluetooth 5 compliant low energy module featuring an integrated Arm Cortex-M4 processor. It supports various 2.4 GHz radio modes, including Bluetooth Low Energy, IEEE 802.15.4, and proprietary u-blox 2.4GHz modes. The module comes with an internal PCB antenna and provides a maximum range of 1400m. It is equipped with 1MB Flash and 250kB RAM.
