Shipping Rates:
Evelta offers free shipping on orders over Rs.1000. The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is based on the sub-total in your cart and does not include tax or any coupons applied. Any order below Rs.1000 is charged a flat rate of Rs.45 (+GST). Free shipping only applies to orders placed online.
We use Fedex, Bluedart and other common carriers for consignment deliveries. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Though in some cases tracking information may not be available online.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, processing and dispatch may take longer for:
- Orders containing a large number of different items
- Orders placed on or just before public holidays
- Orders requiring items to be imported
You will be notified via email if your order requires additional processing time.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for orders with a cart value below Rs.5,000.
COD Terms:
- COD availability depends on your delivery location (serviceable pin codes only)
- A minimum order value may be required for COD orders (subject to change based on operational requirements)
- Payment must be made in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready
- We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend COD availability
Estimated Delivery:
Most of our orders are delivered within 2-5 business days in India. In cases where items in order are not available for immediate dispatch or delivery has to be made in remote location, it can take longer. The customer will be informed of the same through email.
International Shipping:
Evelta does not support international shipping for online orders placed through our website. However, international orders can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for bulk purchases or special requirements. Please contact us directly at sales@evelta.com to discuss international shipping options, rates, and terms.
Returns Policy:
At Evelta, we are committed to make your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
When You Can Return:
1. Defective or Damaged Products
You can return a product if:
- The product is defective or not functioning as intended
- There is physical damage to the product or packaging
- The package was empty or missing items/accessories
- The product received is significantly different from specifications (wrong size, color, material, or model)
For defective/damaged items:
- The product may have been opened or tested to verify the defect
- You must provide clear images showing the defect or damage
- Return shipping will be borne by Evelta
2. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
You can return a product if you simply changed your mind, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All seals, packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoices are intact
- The product has not been installed, altered, or modified in any way
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (Rs.45 + GST or actual, whichever is lower)
Note: Certain products may not be eligible for "change of mind" returns due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
How to Request a Return:
You can conveniently place your return request by emailing us at sales@evelta.com with following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for returning the item
- Images clearly showing a damage / missing product in the order (if applicable)
Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return approval or denial and pickup instructions (for approved returns).
Post receiving your request, our Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. Inadequately packaged returns that sustain damage during transit may not be eligible for refund. The final decision of the request will lie with Evelta and cannot be contested.
Refunds:
Once your return request is accepted by us and we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: You can choose between:
- Bank transfer via NEFT/RTGS (please provide your bank details)
- Store credit
For online payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
For COD orders: Refunds will be issued via NEFT/RTGS or store credit, as per your preference
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
1. Return the original product following our returns process
2. Place a new order for the desired item
If the new item is of equal or lesser value, you can use your refund or store credit toward the purchase.
Cancellations:
Before Shipment:
There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made. You can get in touch with delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel the order and refund your amount.
It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days.
After Shipment:
Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. You may refuse delivery or follow our returns process once you receive the product.
Store Credit:
We provide store credit as rewards or refunds in various instances. Please note that these credits have a validity period of 90 days from the date of issuance. Expired credits cannot be reinstated and store credits are non-transferable.
