The Radiolink M10N SE100 is a high-specification compact GPS and compass module built around the u-blox UBX-M10050 (M10) 72-channel GNSS decoder chip, Honeywell HMC5983 magnetometer, Infineon MMIC BGA715L7 power amplifier IC, and Murata Surface Acoustic Wave dual filter, combining premium component selection across every stage of the signal chain to deliver 50cm concurrent GNSS positioning accuracy and 6-second 20-satellite acquisition in open-ground conditions. The UBX-M10050 72-channel chipset is a significant step above the single GNSS 7N receivers commonly found in entry-level Pixhawk-compatible GPS modules, providing the channel count and multi-constellation processing architecture required for concurrent reception of GPS, QZSS L1 C/A, GLONASS L1OF, BeiDou B1, and SBAS L1 C/A systems, including WAAS, EGNOS, and MSAS augmentation services. The Infineon MMIC BGA715L7 low-noise power amplifier IC in the RF front-end boosts incoming satellite signal strength before the decoder stage, directly contributing to the module's ability to acquire and track weak satellite signals in challenging reception environments, including valley floors, urban canyons, and partially obstructed sky conditions.
The Murata SAWF dual independent filtering technology applies Surface Acoustic Wave filtering at 2 independent stages in the signal path, providing substantially stronger adjacent-channel interference rejection than single-filter designs common in lower-specification GPS modules. This dual-filter architecture is particularly relevant in FPV and racing drone applications, where the 2.4GHz RC link, 5.8GHz video transmitter, and high-frequency PWM switching noise from ESCs create a dense interference environment that degrades positioning performance on less well-filtered GNSS receivers. The Honeywell HMC5983 magnetometer delivers heading reference data to the flight controller alongside GNSS position and velocity output, and the 2.5 dBi high-gain selective ceramic antenna improves signal reception compared to standard patch antennas of equivalent physical size. An onboard GPS signal search satellite indicator function with an exclusive Radiolink patent adds visual satellite acquisition status feedback without requiring GCS software connection. The 6P MX interface connector is pin-compatible with the Pixhawk 2.4.8 external GPS socket for direct out-of-the-box connection, and the 47.98 x 40.64 x 14.99mm form factor keeps the module compact for racing drone and quadcopter installation.
