Description
The ILN2003A is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array consisting of seven n-p-n Darlington pairs. These pairs boast high-voltage outputs with common cathode clamp diodes, making them ideal for switching inductive loads. Each Darlington pair can handle a collector current of 500 mA and can be paralleled for higher current capabilities.
Additionally, the ILN2003A has a 2.7-kOhm resistance for each Darlington pair, allowing it to be used directly with TTL or 5-V CMOS devices.
